Twenty-one cards are dealt into seven piles of three with two cards face down and the top card face up. The remaining cards in the deck form the stock.
Play
Build down in alternating colors. The top card of a pile or all face up cards in correct sequence may be moved to build upon the top card of another pile. Move aces as they become available to the foundation spaces above the tableau. A space may only be filled by a king or a build with a king at the bottom. When play comes to a standstill deal another row of cards from the stock onto the piles of the tableau and continue play.
Notes
Easthaven is a variation of Westcliff with some changes in layout and building rules. This one is quite a bit harder than Westcliff. I wonder if the rules aren't too tough because they don't allow the movement of partial face up piles.
